Due to blowing warm winds and fertile soil of Aegean basin, we obtain the unique taste and flavor of our olive oil. Handpicked fresh olives are transported immediately from the grove to the plant where the milling process begins. Because of this fast process, we keep low acidity level of our olive oil.
