We also work with cultures that meet local requirements and help clients combine fermented product cultures with dyes and flavors. Crops for fermented milk products: YOFLEX ® EXACT ® NU-TRISH ® FRESHQ ® NOLA® Fit YOFLEX ® is a series of mixed culture strains specifically designed for the production of fermented products. These crops form the best base for thermophilic applications in the dairy industry, such as mixed, thick, potable and concentrated yogurt. The EXACT ® product range consists mainly of mezofilike culture. They are used in dairy products such as buttermilk, kefir, sour cream, quartz and cream cheese. The NU-Trishi ® product range consists of isolated strains or cultures conveniently mixing probiotic dairy products. FRESHQ ® bio-protective culture is a completely natural way to reduce the risk of contamination caused by yeast and fungi, thus protecting the brand value of the product and lowering the costs associated with quality problems in dairy products. NOLA® Fit is the ideal solution for lactose-free dairy products. Main crops Forms are ground and freeze dried, so most crops can be found in both forms.
