Flexible connections of fiberglass and basalt-plastic

One of the ways to reduce heat loss is to use multilayer technology for walling. To ensure the integrity of the wall, the external and internal masonry is connected with reinforcement. Traditional steel products in this case are of little use: metal forms cold bridges, which reduces the effectiveness of the insulation. In addition, under the action of condensate, it can corrode, which will lead to a gradual weakening of the structure. Therefore, the optimal solution in this situation is flexible composite bonds based on fiberglass. These products are free from the disadvantages of steel reinforcement, and in many ways surpass it: fiberglass rods are resistant to corrosion, do not collapse due to exposure to water, acidic and alkaline environments; have high strength (twice as strong as steel); They have a low level of thermal conductivity, which eliminates the formation of cold bridges; five times lighter than steel products. Composite flexible connections can be used both in cottage and in multi-storey construction, as well as in the production of reinforced concrete three-layer panels, multi-layer wall blocks, etc. In addition, the products have proven themselves in the restoration and repair work.
