Description
IS-14 is ideal for measuring the velocity of flue gases. Humidity, dust and high temperatures only increase its accuracy.
Number in the register of the RF SI 62573-15
APPLICATION AREA:
* to measure the flow rate and velocity of gas and dust flows (flue and process gases) with a temperature of 70 ° C to 800 ° C (and higher)
* for measuring gross emissions of pollutants in industrial emissions of operating process plants (FZ-219).
ABOUT THE IS-14 SPEED FLOW METER:
The principle of operation of the device is based on the measurement by the correlation method of the time of movement through a certain section of the path (for example, 1 m) of the local inhomogeneity of the gas flow.
This method has an indisputable advantage over pressure pipes (Pitot, NOGAZ and so on), because it allows to measure the velocity of highly dusty gas streams with a high temperature. And also does not require large straight sections required for ultrasonic flow meters.
EC-14.M consists of:
* Measuring sensors (2 pieces) - designed to convert thermal radiation of solid and gaseous particles into electrical signals, are installed directly on the gas duct with embedded devices.
* Measuring unit - designed for continuous processing of measurement data from sensors and TXA. The values of the flow velocity, the current volumetric flow rate, the gas flow temperature are displayed on the current outputs. The EC-14 controller has an LCD indicator and a built-in keyboard.
* Air Duct Unit - designed to create an air damper in front of measuring sensors to protect sensitive elements from dust.
* Thermocouples THA
EC-14.M provides output signals:
- indicator readings;
- via digital output (RS 485 interface);
- unified analog current output signal (0-20) mA.
Intertesting interval - 5 years.
