Hyperdesmo-Classic mastic

Hyperdesmo –Classic is an economical and easy to use one-component polyurethane mastic that polimerizuet under the action of humidity, forming a highly elastic durable waterproofing coating. Has excellent adhesion to most building materials, high solids (95%) and minimum shrinkage. Application • Waterproofing and corrosion protection is a complex and dynamic concrete structures. • Flat roofs, terraces, balconies, pools, tanks, basements, underground structures and tunnels. • Hydraulic engineering constructions, towers, channels. • Waterproofing under the screed and tile. • Repair old bituminous waterproofing. • Protection of polyurethane foam (PUF) from atmospheric influences. • Protective coating for floors with light loads – including Parking lots and garages. • Can be used in contact with drinking water and food. • For external and internal works. Not recommended for use on unstable grounds and in the pools in permanent contact with chlorinated water. The features and benefits • Excellent adhesion to most building materials with or without the use of primer. • Easy to use one-component material. • Forms a seamless membrane over the entire area of application. • Gives minimal shrinkage during polymerization (about 5%) • Excellent resistance to UV light, the white colour of the postmark reflects most of the solar energy, greatly reducing the temperature of internal spaces in the summer. • Excellent thermal resistance, the membrane never softened in the sun and can withstand prolonged heating to 80°. Short-term, high temperature exposure to 200°. • Does not lose its elasticity on prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures down to -40 C°. • Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and bursting strength, high resistance to abrasion. • Mastic is non-toxic after cured. • Good chemical resistance. • Has a vapor permeability – does not create a vapor pressure between the coating and the substrate. • Due to the presence of various types of primers, be applied virtually to any base. • Service life up to 25 years
