Drilling rig URB-5AG

Exploration drilling rig URB-5AG with a mobile hydraulic rotator is intended for hydrogeology and drilling of wells on water. Carries out the following types of works: -Rotary auger -Cable percussion drilling; -Rotary core (dry); -Rotary core and noncore drilling with use of flushing liquid or with cleaning of a downhole with a stream of compressed air; -Shock and rotary drilling by downholes hammers. Cleaning of a downhole is made by washing, airflushing or transportation of the ground on the surface destroyed by augers. Mast has the truss structure strengthened 10.5 m high. Design of feed system consists of a hydraulic feed cylinder and a rope tackle block allows to reach the operating feed stroke-6.8 m and the high speed of carriage movement that allows to achieve a high efficiency at work. Complete set with a working winch and a hydraulic displaced rotator allows to produce cable percussion drilling, repair of operating wells, works connected with service equipment round trip and other works. Mechanisms are mounted on own frame installed on the chassis of the vehicle and put in action from the chassis engine. Installation is completed with the import control hydroequipment.
