STI-2MK temperature testing System for discontinuous machines

System temperature testing STI-2MK is designed for testing samples of metals at elevated temperatures in discontinuous machines type: 5047-50 IR, IR 5113-100,

5143-200 IR, IR 5145-500 (models 10,11).

the Test samples in accordance with GOST 9651.

the Composition of the product: electric remote control device for installation of an electric furnace.

the Furnace has three heating zones and provided with low voltage heaters voltage not exceeding 25 V. the temperature can be regulated separately for each zone.

as temperature controllers use microprocessor based regulators series "METAKON", which provides communication with PC via RS-485. The system is equipped with thermoelectric converters cable type XA (chromel-alumel) or HH (I nicrosil was nisil) with isolated work junction.

According to the additional agreement supplied:

sets of grips for a specific number of model: ZRT-1000 grips for cylindrical samples according to GOST 9651, and RRT-1000 grips for flat samples according to GOST 9651

- a personal computer (in the absence of part of machine);

- licensed software that provides: * operation of the controls collection and display of control parameters on the PC screen, archiving of monitored parameters in the form of reports, printing of archived and current values, etc.

the Program allows you to create hardware and software system of data collection and management – the workplace of the operator.
